Meetings dates are every six weeks except in the middle of winter where we have a small break. All members are contacted prior to a meeting thus ensures a good
turn out. The meeting is also advertised in the local community news.
We often have guest speakers and everyone is given hand outs and kept up to date with news from the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Some evenings are very informal which work very well and are important for
other members to be able to just chat with fellow sufferers. All wives and partners are encouraged to come along infact we insist as this has proved to be the success of the group.
The meetings are open to members of the public and other cancer sufferers.
The meetings last for about 2 hours; we start at 7pm sharp and finish about 9.
We finish the evening with a cuppa and a lot of the ladies bring a plate which is most welcome.
