Formation:

The group was formed in 2000, an initiative of the foundation convenor Ivan Eichorn.

The group is properly structured, has sound meeting records and due to fund raising initiatives is also on a sound financial footing. Meetings are usually attended by 30 - 35 members Our mailing list for the minutes of monthly meetings and a regular monthly newsletter are sent to about 90. Wives, partners, friends and any interested parties are encouraged to attend.
 

Activities:

The group meets on the third Monday of every month except for December and January when there are no meetings. A relevant guest speaker addresses the vast majority of meetings and members are encouraged to talk about their own ongoing experiences with prostate cancer.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Alstonville Bowling Club 10-14 Deegan St Alstonville NSW 2477
