Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA) is delighted to announce the appointment of Jane Endacott as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective 12 June 2018.
Jane comes to us with a comprehensive twenty-year leadership career spanning the not-for-profit, commercial and education sectors. A strategic and hands-on leader, Jane is highly skilled in creating and executing blueprints for sustainable growth and impact. Previously, Jane was CEO (Acting) for the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) where she revitalised their membership offering, education and support programs to achieve FINSIA's strategic vision of connecting, inspiring and building the capabilities of the next generation of industry leaders.
PCFA National Chairman, Jim Hughes AM, said "Jane will bring a professional level of knowledge, experience and passion to the role. She is a motivated leader with a proven track record of transforming culture and improving internal and public opinion, building and managing teams to high-performance, enhancing people and organisational capabilities, and embedding continuous improvement in organisations."
