Time waits for no man, and men like Will have no time to waste.

Around three years ago, aged 42, Will was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer when a niggling hip injury suddenly got worse. the cancer had silently eaten into the joint.

Will went through six rounds of chemotherapy and 20 rounds of radiotherapy.

The good news is, the treatment worked, sending the cancer into remission and reducing the Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) in Will's blood from 38 to almost zero.

But it's only a matter of time before it creeps up again.

You see, Will has a family history of prostate cancer. His father was diagnosed just six months before he was. And now his newborn son, Alfie, is at risk too.

Right now, the Prostate Cancer Future Fund is supporting projects that develop new treatmens or methodologies for better outcomes for men with prostate cancer - so that men and families like Will's are well prepared for the future.

Will says,

"When we first found out we were having a boy, I felt nervous. But then I thought, hang on a second, the drugs that I'm on right now weren't even developed 10 years ago.

"And we've only scratched the surface of the treatments that are currently in the pipeline for prostate cancer. If we can raise funding for the Future Fund, it will continue PCFA's work to save the lives of Australian men like me."

Please support today. Your gift will accelerate research into life-saving treatments for men with prostate cancer, giving real hope for the future.

We have barely scratched the surface of what's possible.
