PROST! sticks firm to their motto of Mateship, Muscle and Mood which is reflect in their group exercise classes, specialised pelvic floor exercises and their emphasis on the positive impact that exercise can have on your mental health.

These three members of PROST! in Fremantle took that motto to a whole new level on Sunday 29 October by registering to abseil down the tallest building in Perth - all to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

Chris Hewitt, Ron Roberts, Peter Dragovich and their exercise physiologist Tony Brideson teamed up for the Central Park Plunge with friends, family and other PROST! members in attendance to cheer them on.

“It was an awesome experience,” said Mr Roberts.

“It’s not about how strong you are because it's all nerves when you get up on the roof. You’re looking at your team and they’re looking back at you, and you know you’re in this together, you trust that they’re with you.

It was a great experience, especially knowing your raising money for a good cause.”

The team were supported by the PROST! community in their fundraising endeavors and exceeded their team’s fundraising goal, raising a whopping $5,843.00.

PROST! is a WA based exercise support program that provides gym sessions led by exercise physiologists to men impacted by prostate cancer, chronic pelvic pain, incontinence and sexual health disorders.

There are currently five locations in Crawley, Fremantle, Leederville, Loftus and Joondalup.
